Our approach to fitness at CFRWB
We have a great program for you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. We offer multiple sessions built to deliver an amazing workout and get you on your way to achieve your goals.
This is our regular 60 minute class. It utilizes high intensity training in a group setting. You can expect to see all forms of functional movements to include cardio, olympic lifting, body weight or gymnastics, power lifting, and anything in between. Get ready to get your sweat on and work hard!
**On Ramp course is required.
We offer a 45 minute class at CFRWB. The aim of Core 45 is to build a foundation and get you strong! Everyday, you can expect to see some sort of strength and skill work, coupled with an interval workout. This is where you come to learn, lift weight, and get sweaty!!
**No prep course is required for this class.
ON RAMP FOR CORE 60
This is a three course foundational class scheduled at your convenience with one of our coaches. Each session is an hour in duration. We will spend time going over skill development and then use it in a workout. You and your coach will review movement patterns, learn what it's like to train using CrossFit, go over any questions you may have, and set you up to be your very best in a Core 60 class!
ROMWOD | MOBILITY

CFRWB Compete is a "competitive track designed by the NCFIT Programming Team. This programming pays homage to the sport of fitness while paving the way forward for a new breed of competitor -- one that is competition ready multiple times a year. The goal with our competitive track is very simple -- to create an effective and fun training blueprint that will help athletes improve their performance in the CrossFit Open and local competitions. Through our program, athletes will gain access to the specific tools they need to succeed in competition while also growing a strong community of like-minded individuals." -NC COMPETE

CFRWB PERSONAL TRAINING
Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Each of our coaches are dedicated to helping take you to whatever goal you have in mind. Personal training is a wonderful way to interact with our athletes on a one-on-one basis no matter what the need is. We offer sports specific, weight loss, nutrition, and general goal based fitness for all levels.
